Dear GE Security Customer,

There are a few changes coming to SupraWEB in the next couple of weeks. These changes will provide several new tools for your use.

  • Enhanced reporting features including a new mobile site customized for phones.
  • Improved showing feedback options: You can automatically forward showing notifications to sellers.
  • Agent WebPAY is moving into SupraWEB. You will no longer need to remember two sets of passwords or use two different websites.

As part of this upcoming change, which will occur in about three weeks, it
will be necessary for you to create a new user ID and password before you
can access SupraWEB (until the change is made, you will continue to use
your current password and key number).

We will be providing information and training over the next few weeks on the set up process. You can visit www.ekeyprofessional.com/sso.html to learn how  this simple process works.

We will also add a dedicated queue in our call center with additional staff to assist you with the change.

We sincerely appreciate your continued business. We are working hard to add benefits to the Wireless Information System that will continue to make things easier for you.

Sincerely,
Greg Russell
Product Marketing Manager

Dear Valued Customer,

  • No more reciprocal key programming needed,
  • No need to travel to a neighboring association or MLS to have your key programmed.
  • No additional cost to you!

All agents who are members of an Association in Riverside, San Bernardino, LA, Orange and Ventura, Counties that are part of CARETS are now on a new “Cooperative Server” and that means your key will open any box within the CARETS area.

The Coop server is set up to operate on a real-time basis. Therefore, when a key is added or changed it is immediately sent to the Coop server.

There are no extra steps.

Your MLS and CARETS have been working to accomplish this enhanced keyservice for more than a year and the task is now complete.

This is one more step in CARETS goals of giving our members the access they need to list and show properties within the CARETS areas, without having extra expense or extra work for either members or association staffs.

To view the areas that your key is set up to work in simply log into SupraWEB and click on the link for “Update Code”.

Dear Valued Customers,

We are happy to announce the release of a new version of KIMVoice.  This upgrade provides new features and the framework for future improvements.  The new version required a few minor changes to the way DisplayKey and eKey users log in to the system and get update codes.

  • After logging in to KIMvoice with their key and pin, the user will be sent directly to their primary board.  The keyholder after selecting option 1 for update code, then needs to select the appropriate board to get an update code.  Their primary board will always be the first selection followed by their cooperating board names.
  • ActiveKEY users after logging in with their key and pin will appreciate the new feature of only needing to enter 1 update code to update their key for all boards they have access to open keyboxes..

Thank you,

GE Security Support Team

The tips allow you to verify that your ActiveKEYs are running the most current version of firmware, and in many cases, almost double the ActiveKEYs battery life between charges.

Dear Valued Customer,

Beginning October 22, Windows 7 will be widely available for purchase as an upgrade or on newly purchased systems.

Most real estate agents live within acceptable cell coverage, so their ActiveKEYs update automatically. These agents will not be impacted by Windows 7.

The remainder of agents update their ActiveKEYs using their PC. These agents should be advised that they will not be able to update their ActiveKEY on a PC with the 64-bit version of the Windows 7 Operating System.

Depending on the agent’s PC, Windows 7 will either be a 32-bit Operating System or a 64-bit Operating System.

ActiveKEY PC Sync is only compatible with the 32-bit version of the Windows 7 Operating System (the vast majority of all new and existing systems).

We are currently developing this utility for 64-bit computers and will let agents know when that software is available. Until that time, if an agent wants to be able to update his/her ActiveKEY using a PC they should delay upgrading to or purchasing a 64-bit Windows 7 Operating System.

If an ActiveKEY customer does not live in acceptable coverage and only has access to a Windows 64-bit Operating System, GE Security’s Agent Support team will provide them update codes. Agents that fit this profile should obtain an update code by:

  • Phoning Agent Support at 1-877-699-6787 Option 3 > Option 4 > Option 8 to get to the ActiveKEY queue.
  • Once they reach a representative, they should say: “I’m calling with an ActiveKEY on a Windows 7/Windows 64 bit system and I need and update code.”
  • The representative confirm that the agent has not been inactivated by the board and then immediately generate an update code.

Thank you,

GE Security Support Team
