SESSION TRACKS
This year, each session will be categorized by a “track”. There are four session tracks at this year’s EXPO, which will make planning much easier for attendees:
- Innovations & Trends
- REOS, Short Sales, & Foreclosures
- Risk Management
- Sales
More than 70 classes and sessions will be offered over the course of EXPO and PRE EXPO, and more than 200 exhibitors will be on hand in the Exhibit Hall.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Special events require an additional fee to participate and include PRE EXPO, luncheons, an evening event, and educational or training sessions.
PRE EXPO
- Day-of event; Member pricing is $85 – $95 depending on purchase date.
- PRE EXPO Luncheon: Gen Y is Ready to Buy: How to Y-Size Your Business, presented by Jason Dorsey, Tuesday, Sept. 20, noon – 1:30 p.m.
- Speed Dating with Our Speakers – PRE EXPO’s closing power session gives attendees an opportunity to speed-network with the day’s speakers.
REALTOR® After Party
- Wednesday, Sept. 21, 8 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- This is a social event which will be held Wednesday evening and offers REALTORS® an opportunity to network, have a couple of drinks, and dance.

- 6th Annual Housing Affordability Fund Golf Classic Tournament - This event helps to promote housing and homeownership and address local and statewide housing opportunities. Tickets are $185 for the HAF Golf Classic Individual Golf ; $50 for the HAF Golf Classic Reception only.
- REBarCamp – REBarCamp is a free, day-long event at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in which participants network and learn from each other in a free-forum format. Topics and sessions are not planned in advance and are borne of the attendees who choose to participate. This is a great opportunity for members who possess expert insight into some aspect of the real estate transaction, or who have found success in handling a niche issue in the real estate industry, to share their knowledge with colleagues. Gene Wunderlich, GAD at SRCAR, spoke at Tuesdays MLS Marketing Meeting regarding the Public Hearing Dates for the Liberty Quarry. Granite Construction Co. will be holding three Liberty Quarry Open House Sessions in April for the community. Dates, Times, and Locations are listed below. The purpose of these events is to allow you to ask questions of the professionals that did the majority of the technical studies for the project. Please join us and have your questions addressed in a one-on-one forum. There are no reservations required to attend.
