Updates on eKEY Applications

Dear Customer,
We have released an upgrade to the our eKEY application for the Android operating system. Android users should receive a notice directly on their phone telling them that a new version is available.  They simply need to visit the Android market and download the new version. 
The update includes several improvements, including fixing a problem where the inventory screen might freeze.
We are actively working on issues associated with some BlackBerry OS 7 and 7.1 devices.  We appreciate your continued patience while we work though these change and we will keep you updated regarding our progress.

Supra Maintenance Notification

Dear Valued Customer,

On Sunday, February 12th starting at 5:00am PDT and ending at 9:00am PDT, Supra will be conducting routine maintenance at our data center.

What Will Not Be Available?

  • SupraWEB, SupraNET, and IVR payment and billing features.

What Will Be Available?

  • SupraNET will be available
  • SupraWEB and KIMVoice will both be available
  • Key Syncs will be available
  • ActiveKEYs will be able to update during the maintenance period.

·         Supra Keyholder Support, 877-699-6787, will be available to provide assistance for any keyholder who needs to update their key.

eKEY for BlackBerry OS 7 Update

Dear Customer,

There has been a brief delay in our release of the new version of BlackBerry eKEY. This release will address compatibility issues with BlackBerry Operating system 7.

We anticipate that the new version will be ready for customers to download soon. We will send you another message as soon as it is available.

The software will be available at www.ekeymobile.com, and the new version number will be  4.5.26.
