The eKEY for the iPhone is off to a terrific start! It has already become one of the Top 20 Business Apps in Apple’s store.
The following two items address questions that we’ve received regarding issuing the eKEY for the iPhone.
- A customer has downloaded eKEY for iPhone application and used it in “Demo Mode.” How does the customer exit demo mode?
- Open the eKEY application.
- Select the About icon.
- Scroll to the bottom of the window.
- Select Reset Authorization.
- Enter an Authorization Code provided by the association, Supra Support or from SupraWEB.
- An overview of the iPhone and the eKEY for the iPhone application is attached.
