As you may know, we have been working to upgrade our system to make it easier for our customers to cooperate with other boards and MLSs.  The new changes will take effect the evening of Monday, December 14th.  The enhancements to the system include the following changes:

Dear Valued Customer,
On Monday December 14, 2009 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM Pacific Time, Supra will be conducting maintenance at our data center. During this time keyholders will be able to receive Update Codes via the Voice system and Web system. The only services that will not be available to keyholders are manual eSYNC’s, and web report generation. SupraNET at the office will not be available during the maintenance period. Supra Keyholder Support, 877-699-6787, will be available to provide assistance for any keyholder who needs to update their key.
