Dear Valued Customer,

Today 04/14/2008 Supra is currently experiencing issues with DisplayKEY USB Syncing, and eKEY syncing, as well as www.supraekey.com. Currently we are in DR mode, which will allow any agent to receive an update code via Kim Voice, we are also providing update codes for any agent who calls into the Agent Support Line (1-877-699-6787). With SupraNET currently down our board support staff can look up any pin code/ shackle information you may need during this time. Supra is currently investigating the issue and does apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Supra will let us know when the issues have been resolved and we will be sure to pass the note along.

Thank you,

Michelle Medley

Please update your pending listings on or before the Estimated Sell Date. You must manually change your listing status on or before the Estimated Sell Date or MRMLS Matrix will automatically change the status to “P*” for you, indicating the Estimated Sell Date has passed. Note: Members who do not manually update the listing status within 48 hours after the Estimated Sell Date may receive a violation from their Association/Board.

Remember, the goal is to have the most accurate MLS data possible. Last month, almost 200 listings were automatically changed to P* by MRMLS Matrix. Please do your part and manually update your listings to their correct status. If listings are sold, please mark them as Sold, if listings are still pending, please extend the Estimated Sell Date.

Listings are automatically changed to Auto Sold (S*) by MRMLS Matrix ten days after the Estimated Sell Date has passed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Is an asterisk next to my listing considered “bad?”
A. An asterisk next to a listing status means the listing was not kept in its most updated status. You can avoid asterisks by updating your listings before the Estimated Sell Date lapses.

Q. I usually wait for Matrix to change the status of my listings for me. Is this a violation?
A. The Matrix System automatically notifies the agent, the broker, and the Association/Board, 48 hours after the Estimated Sell Date has passed. Associations/Boards process these notifications and according to their rules and regulations, a violation may be issued.

Q. What is the Auto Sell Policy?
A. When a listing is set to Pending, the Listing Agent/Broker is required to enter estimated information about the pending sale of the property. If the status of a listing is not manually updated by the Listing Agent/Broker, it will be automatically changed from “P” to “P*” at Midnight on the Estimated Sell Date.

Note: The status of a listing is automatically changed to S* on the tenth day after the Estimated Sell Date if the status has not been manually changed to “sold” or the Estimated Sell Date extended.

MRMLS Matrix will be down for maintenance on Tuesday Night, April 8, 2008, at 8:00PM, and back up Wednesday Morning by 6:00AM. While the system is down, new Map Search features will be added!

1With the new Map Search Upgrade, you can draw Rectangles, Circles (also known as a Radius search), and multi-sided Polygons to designate the areas on the map to include or exclude in your search.

In the example on the right, the circle is a designated “exclusion” area and the multi-sided shape is an “inclusion” area. The search results returned will include properties that are within the multi-sided polygon, but not within the circle.

When you plot the search results on the map, you can zoom in or out, pan, change views to Road, Aerial, Hybrid, and Bird’s-Eye. When you hover over a property with your mouse, a box pops up with brief listing information (See Below).

On Tuesday April 8, 2008 from 5:30PM to 8:00PM Pacific Time and Wednesday April 9, 2008 from 5:30PM to 8:00PM Pacific Time, Supra will be conducting maintenance at their data center. During this time keyholders will be able to receive Update Codes via the Voice system and Web system. The services that will not be available to keyholders are manual eSYNC’s, web report generation, Agent Web Pay, and the IVR payment system.
