Supra will be conducting a Lockbox Exchange during the first full week in February (exact date and location were not available at press time). What this means is that if you have an AEII Lockbox (the old ones), you will be responsible for bringing it in during this exchange period and trading it for a new IBox. It will be a one for one exchange. This exchange will apply to all AEII Lockboxes whether you own them or you lease them from the Association.<br />
<br />
Start checking your lockbox inventory. Make sure that if you have any of the AEII Lockboxes that they are registered in your name. If you aren’t sure, we have created a <a href="http://www.srcar.org/lockbox_exchange_form.asp">form</a> in which you can confirm that the boxes you are currently using are in your name. Please visit the Association’s website at <a href="http://www.srcar.org/">www.srcar.org</a> and click onto the link in the middle of the home page where it says "Lockbox Exchange – Check to see if you qualify." Complete the form as indicated including the serial numbers of the boxes. Once you submit this form, it will be emailed to the Association and we will confirm the information in advance for you. You will receive a confirmation from us in 1 to 2 business days. <br />

If you have purchased AEII boxes from another agent, please make sure that you notify the Association office so that your records will be current. In the event that you did not notify the Association of a transfer, those boxes will show under the previous owner’s name and you may not be able to exchange them.<br />
<br />
In order to participate in the exchange, you must be able to bring your AEII boxes in so that you may receive a new IBox in return. Unfortunately, if you can not bring in the box, we will be unable to exchange it for a new one.<br />
<br />
This lockbox exchange is taking place throughout the Associations affiliated with MRMLS. Once the exchange has been completed, AEII boxes will no longer be used throughout MRMLS.<br />
<br />
While more details will be forthcoming, the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS® wanted you to have as much time as possible to prepare.<br />

Remember, look for more details in the coming weeks and be prepared for the AEII Lockbox Exchange coming in February 2007.
